I don't. But then again, I know better. That dude made that video from his padded cell with his padmate. Like a skin-job cylon on the new BSG, though, he doesn't see the cell walls. He thinks he's somewhere completely different. It's very useful, I'd imagine, when you need to create your own little sphere to escape the burdens of reality. Oh wait, what a strange forum for such thoughts.

I'm about 75% that that guy is actually a Mac enthusiast who was trying
to be sarcastic, JB. :3

I'd seen it before, and I don't remember thinking that. Maybe I should watch it again. But if he was actually a Mac user, I think his subject material would have been more accurate and current, not to mention humorous to other Mac users. I think that could be accomplished easily enough.
[I did watch it again, and yeah, that guy is just really confused. I'm sure it's misplaced aggression of some sort.]

Meh. I had always thought that everything bad he said about Macs in there
he meant is what he thinks happens to PCs.
Oh well. Either way, PCs rock... even if only because they're more geared
towards gaming.
NNW has toolset for PC.
Not for Mac.
PCs win. =)

I work in Windows, Mac, and even Linux--for a living, and even if that guy is describing his trouble with Windows he's really confused. Maybe even more so. There are some real idiots out there who have no clue what they're doing, but I have yet to meet a Mac user--ever (and I've had clients who needed quite a bit of help) who was so utterly lost even after only a few minutes of effort.
It is true that the market for games follows the mass of the market. If you wanted to sell a widget for cars, you'd think twice before dedicating resources to making it fit, say, VWs, when it already fits most other manufacturers with one design. It's the same for some proprietary software in industries like automotive retail or third-party medical software. But in some cases the tables are actually turned. People don't buy Macs to cut costs, and Apple doesn't even try to cater to those who are driven chiefly by the cost factor.
As for toolsets, yeah that's a bummer for all the people playing NWN on Macs who would like to play around in the toolset. All two or three of us or so, probably. But the toolset I've seen in development running only on OS X has capabilities impossible to accomplish with a Windows application. It'll never be a money-maker, even if it could legally be sold. That's probably why no one else has created a finished toolset for Mac. But I'd still like to see it happen.
