Has any one ever had a problem with Neverwinter Nights loading the main menu when you run it? If so, how do I fix it? Thank you in advance, R... Rolli... Rolliander's player. |

o.O; Do you mean as in... you pop in the CD and it just doesn't autorun? In that case just go to My Computer and click on the CD. Or... you've tried everything but it just refuses to get started at all? Hm... JB posted a way to load up to WoHP without having to go through the menu at all (a shortcut to the IP of the server). If he happens to read this, maybe he'll link you to it. |

That issue is most likely a video card driver issue with Nvidia in the later driver updates. I haven't really looked around on the net on how to properly fix the issue, except for a video card driver rollback, but one temporary solution you can do to get past the blank screen and get the game running is this. - Open up the NWN toolset and load up any module - On the menu there should be an option called test module, click on that - Once the module loads up, quit out of it and you should be at the main screen and be able to do things as normal |

What has probably happened is that you've might of installed a new drive? If you have, then you'll have to use the above method of playing WoHP ^^ |

Not sure we have the same issue but my menu screen is black whenever I reach the main menu; unless I have Xfire on. I think it may be a conflict with my latest video card drivers like Drado says. Well, I just figured I would put my random two copper pieces in. |

Did it feel too HP-nerdy to say "knuts" or did you fear that putting your two knuts in might be misconstrued? |
