Today, 30 April we celebrate the birthday of our Queen Beatrix.

In a buss, the royal familie drove a route threw the city called Apeldoorn.

At 11:50 the queen and other people of the royal familie, were driven in a bus on a special route, when a car drove threw fences and people towards the buss.

The car wounded 21 people, including 6 serious injuries. And killed 2.
It's been confirmed that the driver had planned an assasination attempt on our queen.

The royal familie was brought back to the palace "Het Loo" inmediatley and are unharmed.

All festivities were cancelled.

I thought it'd be nice to let you know this.

Bert

Edit: News just came in, there are 17 injured people now which includes 8 serious injuries and there are now 4 deaths.

Edit: A total of 5 deaths now. The killer is still in critical condition in the hospital.

My sympathies to your Queen, her family, and all those harmed in this. I'll be sending other emotions to the one(s) driving the other car.

Was this an intentional "attack" or just a very fluke and horrible accident? Or do they know yet?

It was an intentional attack of a 38 year old man. Probably a single attack not related to any terrorist organisation.

the suspect has not been able to be interrigated yet because he had to under go surgery himself. Also, might be nice to know that the city I live in had -atleast- 8 people taken to the hospital on the slowest speed that the ambulance could drive (Which means big trouble for the people that are lying in it). A very sad Queen's day indeed.

1 of the seriously injured people was part of the 'Koninklijke Marechaussee'.
