Wand Arm: Left Arm
Appearance - Peter is a green-eyed, red-haired male. He has a permanent, vengeful, crazy look to him.
Background - Originally living in Norway, Peter's parents kept his magic abilities a secret to him and everyone else, until his mother was threatened magically. His mother told him everything, and he was sent to London to live with his grandfather. He was accepted into Hogwarts a year later.
Where is he now? - Peter has been found insane, and has been locked up in Mungo's, probably never coming out.
