Born in France from a muggle family, adopted by wizards at age two. Moved to the UK at age six. He hardly has a noticeable accent, and knows little about his muggle family. He doesn't actually know the reason why he was adopted at all, or why his biological parents gave him up.
Seems to have a huge facination with animals. Some could say his eyes resemble animal eyes in a way.
