He didn't always know how to speak English, when he was little, he only knew how to speak Japanese cause he was born that way, there came a time while he was growing up when he's been keeping watch on his parents as they spoke English and he wanted to learn it to try something new, of course it was new to him. His father got in touch with his best friend who was an American foreign language teacher and was able to teach Rei how to speak proper English. Although, it didn't take really long for him to fully learn and understand English the way he does now, he still chooses to speak Japanese and will only speak English if he needs to or if he's asked too. When he got to the age to understand, he was taught about the long line of pure-blood wizard generation that runs in their family, but he wasn't scared or freaked out, he always thought magic was cool so he was happy to find out that he was a wizard. The day he got his acceptance letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, his mother and father were so proud of him and he just couldn't bare to deny what holds in the future for him as a young wizard.PersonalityRei is someone that has been taught to speak English but still chooses to speak Japanese mostly and will only speak English if he needs too or he's asked too. He can be quite the mystery, doesn't get mad easily either and usually makes a joke about many things.AppearanceWhen you take a look at Rei, you see a kid standing at 5' 2 with styled dark brown hair and red highlights along with emerald green eyes. He would usually be seen wearing a hat with casual clothing and the the color green to present his house.(More to come!)
