HistoryFrank is a muggle-born who was born in Chicago, Illinois from a happy muggle couple, Freddie and Amy Whistler. When he was little, his parents didn't quite expect to find out that their son was a wizard, although, they weren't mad or jealous about it, they were actually quite fond of it, mainly cause they still love him the same way they always have and nothing would change. A year after Frank was born, he was starting to make things happen without knowing it's coming from him, making items disappear and lighting different objects on fire, and sadly his parents had to deal with it. At a young age, him and his childhood best friend, Emberlynn, would make the most unbelievable things happen as they couldn't control what they were doing, although, in some situations it did bring excitement only if it didn't hurt anyone. Frank's mother, Amy, worked at a movie theater while Freddie became a college professor for engineering. As they would sometimes get mad at Frank for what he does with magic, they won't exactly punish him for it since he doesn't mean for it to happen. When he turned eleven, he attempted to levitate a car and ended up tearing it to pieces, he was only trying to control his magic how it should be, unfortunately, it didn't work out too well. About a week later, he woke up from a frightening dream, making the window and the mirror in his room shatter. After a month, he receives a letter of acceptance to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a place where he'll be able to learn, use and control magic. He wasn't sure just yet if he should go, til he found out that Ember had gotten the same letter, so he knew there would be at least one person he knows that he would be with. As a sight out of mind, he gives it a go without a second thought, and he heads off to Diagon to purchase his supplies and be on his way.
