Not sure this is the right thread to post this but i'll do so anyhow ;

I've recently got all the ingredients for the apparation scroll [all the 7 dirts (As I was told the one in France is bugged) and the 'Apparation Test Completed' note].
I've been asking and searching where to make the scroll or if I am missing ingredients, yet no one seem to know what the problem is as I am doing everyting as I should (Tried it on a HOM dest, Essay desk and Scribing desk), yet I always get the messsage 'Incorrect ingredients or year to low'.

And yes I am a seventh grade student.

There are actually 9 dirts. You only need 8, Paris is not required.
