Drogo would probably have been in Ravenclaw.. He just wouldn't fit into the other houses.

Conan would be...erm...Slytherin probably.
Haine could be in literally any house..

Puffskeins. But that's a "secret" House and Peter is so not in it. 
Purple did mean royalty, in a sense, to the Romans, though. And to Donny Osmond. So, you know, Peter's clearly a little bit rock-and-roll.
