I've seen nudity in PG-13 movies, and I've CERTAINLY seen depictions of
sex and extreme references to sex in PG-13 movies.

I think I've also heard bleeped out f-words in PG-13 movies, but I can't be
totally sure about which.

I've actually heard the f-word in a PG-13 movie.
And plenty of sexual content.

Anyone ever seen "Bio-Dome"?

O_O, I seen girls tata's in PG13's (I'm pretty sure anyway)..
But hey, do you guys go around swearing infront of 12 year olds IRL? Like, "Hey little kid, ******* ******** ********* *** ** *********!" Nah..:P

I slip and curse in game a lot because Regriam gets emotional (Been stopping though! I actually read my posts before I enter them nowadays). =(

As for violence, well sheesh, Malfoy totally kicks Harry's potter. And the other, unmentionable one that I just so happened to leave out 'til now I understand completely.

It all depends on where and how you were brought up. I've seen kids IRL between the ages 12-18 (maybe even as young as 10) smoking and cussing like a sailor.

I've been told to f*** off by a small child (Probably no older than 12) in front of his parents! I was f***ing outraged! Those b*****s did nothing about it! I mean the f***?! F***ing w*****s!

. . .
Am I the only one that tries not to curse IRL? Sure, I say things infront of my friends from time to time when I'm furious, but I only ever cursed once infront of adults (I guess it's a respect thing) and I had a very good reason for it too!

I'd slap a little kid across the head if I seen 'em cursing. It's just..;/ Eh. *Kudo's people for politeness.*

I try not to curse too much either. Doesn't always succeed, but I'm generally better at it around people, and who cares if I curse to myself..?

You do.

Your consience will slowly bleed you dry until you throw yourself off a cliff.

And now for something entirely different.

I'm definitely more prolific alone, and I try to hold back around adults and small kids/animals. Unless they're particularly annoying small kids and animals. Then I tear them a new one with my sharp tongue.

I play WoW. Swearing is part of your "Must do to survive" list there. So yeah... I swear every third word (Or so it seems).

Psh, Adam that's different. I turn into a sailor-girl on GTA (SA:MP). It's frustrating playing with morons (for the most part). :P

..besides, on games like GTA & WoW, if you say something to someone *without* a cuss up in there, chances are they won't understand where you're coming from.

Sometimes cursing is very needed. In real life when someone angers a very violent and irresponsible character, or someone completely insane and constantly thriving to hurt people emotionally isn't going to go along and censor themselves thoughtfully.

Like Alexis won't tell someone to "Flip off." or "Fudge off." Thats to unrealistic for the person she is... no shes going to broadly and openly give them the finger, wink at them then tell them to "F*** off." I agree the words could be censored for other peoples ooc comfort with the use of only starting words like public television uses the bleeps and we could simply put *'s. However if you demand curse words even be blocked it takes from RP... I'm not saying to walk around with a curse word every other spot open... but there are times where it fits better then, "Go Fudge yourself." :-p I don't believe I have met a single person over the age of fifteen that doesn't curse.
