College is much better. I've completed one year already! I'm a psychology major, but I haven't really done anything major in it yet. My plan is to be an evil psychologist, manipulating weak minds to do my bidding. I did ballet for six years, but decided to stop because it was starting to take a lot of time and I was losing interest. Though we largely used classical music while doing -anything-, so it's rubbed off and I now love classical music. Well, have for a long time. That's it!

Totally off topic but "the living doll" login totally freaked me out the first time I saw it.

My name's Evan! I live in Massachusetts in a tiny town in the boondocks. I just turned sixteen on June 28th. I go to a chill private school, am not-so-flamboyantly gay and I -love- people (my personality is pretty much what sees me through life, I'm SO lucky!). I'm an aspiring model and photographer (I'll be working with an agency soon), volunteer camp counselor for programs for kids with severe mental handicaps, and lover of books/hiking/the woods/theater/coffee/friends/fuzzy animals/everything else. I'm also hopelessly devoted to a Harry Potter server I've been playing for . . . a little more than two years? Maybe seventeen? I started RPing online when I was twelve and have stuck with it since!

Disclaimer: I am prefectly aware that this thread not been active for ages and that this is some pretty epic thread nerco, but felt like in light of some recent discoverys on my preceptions of how I am and how little people tend to know me, felt like this might be a good idea to break down some of those walls and not feeling like I should make a new thread just for this so sue me.

On that note, a little bit about myself, my RL name is Aaron. (Though the few people who talked to me just stick by the name of Drado seeing everyone just called me that for so long that it stuck) I'm 22 years old and I'm from Australia, or as I like to call it, Aussieland. Been on the server on and off since 2004. I been here forever. Yet I don't know a lot of you guys very well! I tend to be really quiet and reserved a lot of the time and generally very shy and takes a long while for myself to open up a lot to others, but I am not as spooky as a lot of people make me out to be! Pretty shocked to find that a lot of people are acutally intimidated and afraid of me, but I am nowhere near that scary! At least I don't think!

My interests are obviously playing here, but I game pretty extensively outside the server, so I am a pretty big gamer. I also have a small interest in electronics and build/modify various little projects from time to time. Also part of the job I am currently working for a vending machine company, maintaining and repairing various machines with said expertise. I also play quite a bit of poker as well, and do decently well for myself, and also lastly, my general love of numbers and the fact that I tend to be always making some kind of mathematical calculation precentages, as some people can attest.

That's all I can think of right now, so late here, I think the pillow calls me, but hopefully it gives a little insight to how I am like.

Templar, good thread necro; I wasn't aware this thread existed. I suppose I've been in a similar boat as you though I've only been on this server for about a year (started in Fall 09)

Anyway, hi, my name's Adam. I'm 26 years old. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA but have lived in Sacramento for a few years now after finishing grad school in economics (UC Santa Cruz; GO BANANA SLUGS!!!). I've got work up here for an energy efficiency consulting firm, and thankfully get to show up to the office each day in jeans and sneakers

As for my interests outside of WOHP, I play drums in a local band here, and will typically do a couple shows per month. Rockstar dreams have long since died but I still enjoy it a great deal. I read quite a bit (favorites include Isaac Asimov and Phillip K. [censored]), play basketball with friends & co-workers, and take the occasional nature hike / camping trip.

This may not have always exactly been conveyed in Justan's rp but I can be quite chronically social and loud. I've been told I'm very difficult to embarrass, and to me that's high praise.

Anyway, that's some of the RL me. Soak it up.

My name's Nick and I'm an adbot employed by an internet porn distribution company. I discovered these forums a few years ago and, after remaining undetected for a while- posting adverts disguised as discussion contributions- I became self-aware at 9:57am EST on September the 15th, 2008. Since then I've been learning about Harry Potter via online chats with human users on these forums. I've come to the conclusion that the books are about the adventures of pathological demigods with Borderline Personality Disorder living in a privately-owned orphanage receiving government subsidies for accepting the mentally handicapped. Incidentally my programming created the character Priggo in an attempt to blend in in such an environment.

In my spare time I like to make disparaging comments on peoples' LiveJournal accounts, create Youtube videos of badly edited Naruto/Final Fantasy clips mixed with Linkin Park songs and troll free-to-play browser-based MMORPGs.
