I'm not sure if we went over this before. But i know most ideas that me or anyone else think of and post on here are good but DM's sometimes can't do because of the scripting. But if there was someone who could script it then could we have it put into the server? Since I know DM's are usually busy with RL situations and can't get to it, which I'm sure is another reason you can't do it.
