I was curious; do all wands of the same type look the same? For example, I have a Willow, Unicorn hair wand which is the bone with the black middle and white ends; do all Willow, Unicorn hair wands look like that?

Yes.
Thats why we have Role play for our imaginations to do whatever we want with our wand appearance.

IC there would presumably also be more than the 7-or-so different wands that are available (not counting the few unique ones).

ICly there are a lot more than that. OOCly there are only like 7 or 8 types that are handed out by Olivander.

And in time I will attempt to make them look less like bones/clubs/whathaveyou and more like actual wands. That's after I get the brooms done, though, which are well on their way, I might add =)

There's only one wand I can think of that actually looks like a stick at the moment, the Ebony, Phoenix feather one. Are there any others apart from the E,PH that have the stick appearance?

There's one that looks like a stick with a stone stuck on the end of it. I forget what that one was, oak with dragon heartstring, maybe? I ignored what it OOCly was so long that I've totally forgotten.

I got that one with the ball on the end once. Can't remember what it was either; I remade my char so I wasn't stuck with it. XD
Really only for the most ostentatious pure bloods (or maybe someone with a career in Divination; crystal ball and wand in one lol).
