I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this, but quit recently I've been in such a Harry Potter mood with reading the books and constantly watching the movies and realized I miss Quidditch. Could we possibly bring Quidditch back, have try-outs, matches? It feels like the only important part of Hogwarts we haven't been focused on.

Well technically quidditch has always been there, there just hasn't been any characters interested in wizard things lately...

Or Xander just hasn't been invited. One of the many consequences of alienating 90% of the school's population.

We actually have a major update to the Quidditch system 90% installed into the server. The total IC lack of interest in quidditch has made it an extreme low priority. While taking the time to install the new system would likely boost some interest, it would be OOC leading IC which my experience says will be very short lived as the interest isn't founded in IC.
Summary: If someone can begin to bolster interest in Quidditch on an IC level, it's likely that system will updated and the DMs will also focus more on it. Quidditch in particular needs to be player-driven because of the numbers of characters it requires.
