The following students here hereby put on probation. This list of students is publically displayed, and prefects are required to report any wrongdoings by these students immediately.

The reason for the probation is simply missing a head count from the common room during the night of the full moon, while a full scale investigation is under way by professors into the incident at Hogsmeade. Students on this list are warned that even the slightest infraction of school rules will see swift and extremely severe punishment, the least of which will be instant suspension.

The terms of the probation are as follows:
-Students on this list are strictly confined to the interior of the castle, with the sole exception of classes.
-Students on this list who have confiscated wands may expect them to remain confiscated.
-Students on this list who are caught breaking school rules will at a minimum be instantly suspended.

I must OOCly ask each of you to expect IC action on failure to comply to this. Please take this seriously. If your character is expelled, you are expected to retire the character. If you wish not to do this, comply with the IC rules. Do not take that as a promise that it's not already too late for your character, given the events that have already occurred.
