All students would be aware that older students are allowed to apply for teaching assistant positions in all subjects. Duties vary by subject, and might include: helping younger students with homework, leading practice or study sessions, and assisting in the classroom. Requirements to be considered for the position include: excellent performance in exams for that subject, continued interest and excellence in the classroom, reliability and dedication, and more. Interested students should speak to a professor in the subject they hope to assist in.
