Richard looks at the poster when the bones in the scroll rattle. He mutters silently.
"One more word Old man and I will go as a puppeteer."
The bones settle quickly and it almost seems like they are sulking.
Richard chuckles and taps the sharp tip of his right index finger on a pad soaked with ink and writes tearing some of the parchment as he writes.
Richard Harbayne - Shinigami

[[[ It is?? ]]]
The weekend after next is shaping up to be a great weekend for events, all weekend. I was thinking--for some reason--Saturday might be good for the dance. Sunday might be good, though... we have other events we can hold on Saturday. We're definitely going to spread that out so that more people can attend--maybe have a Ball part one, something else, and Ball part two later. We want to be sure to accommodate our Europeans.

This next weekend, from Friday night (the 8th--the Paris event) to Sunday (the 10th) is going to be chock full of eventliness, including the Ball. I'm foreseeing the Ball happening in two parts--Saturday night (when we should be able to celebrate the outcome of Jang's trial) and Sunday morning/early afternoon--to accomodate both sides of the Atlantic.
I'd like to announce our Prefects at the Ball, and the contestants for the Tri Wizard Tournament.

[[ Well I dont mind this, but if I have to go to the confirmation I will most likely have to spend more than one day there. I am talking about a week or two, but I am bringing my laptop along and they have a connection to the net, but cant be too sure that it will let me to net. Anyway who else beside me is an european? =P ]]

*Brennan walks in the wee hours of the night, his pipe lit in his hand as he peers at the print in the dim light.* Ohhh...hmm, interesting...*puffs on the pipe, grinning to himself* Now, what to go as....*peers down the list* The hell? They're all Disney characters and crappy fairy tales! *He scowls as he walks outside for his late night walk* Screw it, I'll go as Kaz.

Could someone post a rough estimated time that the ball starts tonight? It's kinda difficult trying to be on for too long when you're dealing with different timezones 'n stuff.

Nev walks by and draws a quill, writing at the bottom of the flyer...'Nevaeh Samuels - Maid Marien'.

It will depend somewhat on the trial's duration, but I'm going to estimate the trial will go from 12 Central time (GMT-6) to about 2 or 3 PM and then the Ball will start about 5 PMish (11 or midnight for our Europeans) and will be revisited on Sunday AM/noontime as well. It can continue as long as players want it on Sunday, for that matter.Festive weekend for Hogwarts.
And thank you to all of the participants in the Paris event!
