There will be a Defense Against the Dark Arts class on 9/20/2011 at 6:30 pm forums time (8:30pm EST) in the Dueling Hall.
All classes are invited to attend the seminar entitled "The Transfigurative Warrior."
Additional classes showing how the various schools of magic may be used defensively will follow.
Class robes are expected.

The Intro to Charms class will be at 4 PM EST/1 PM server time, about 4 hours from the time of this post. It's for first years, and class robes are required. Meet in the charms classroom.

I'm tentatively planning a Divination class for tonight, on the subject of Dream Interpretation, to take place around 11 EST. (4 hours-ish from this post) Class robes are required. I'm planning on having a first year flying class this Sunday 11/13 at 2pm EST(12:00 noon server time). Quidditch team captains are invited to attend and assist the new students. Class robes are required for everybody, and the class meeting location is TBD.

There will be an evening social event to celebrate the start of the new year on 1/1/12 at 9 PM EST/7 PM server time. The location is TBD and there will be food served. Formal dress robes are not necessary; dress should be casual, but nice.

There will be a muggle studies class tonight at 10:00 EST(7:00 server time, about 1:45 from this post). All years are permitted. Students are advised to arrive promptly in the entrance hall((aka you'll be left behind if you're late!)) and to wear appropriate muggle attire for a walk outdoors. Magical gadgets and toys of any kind are prohibited, with the exception of wands.
