The homecoming dance will take place tonight Friday 8/29 starting at roughly 11 pm eastern time(8 pm server time). As this is a celebration of the school as much as a welcome back, the event will be open to alumni as well as current students, though they must abide by a few special rules(see below). The dance will take place in the dueling hall, and dress code rules regarding house colors and uniform are not in effect.

General Rules:
1. Skirts may be no higher than the students' fingertips, and necklines must not plunge too deeply.
2. All attendees must refrain from inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to: "dirty dancing", coarse language and excessive public displays of affection.
3. Music will be handled by a student DJ. Attendees may bring their own records or music players(please no muggle gadgets!) if they wish to make a song request. ((Find me the youtube link(shortened version please) and I'll have him "play" it via /s!))
4. Alcoholic beverages may not be carried onto school grounds, even by of-age attendees.

Guest Rules:
1. All alumni guests must wear a badge(picked up at the gate) with their name and the house they were in during their time at Hogwarts.
2. Alumni guests may not enter common rooms.
3. Alumni guests must leave before curfew begins at 11 PM. ((The event will, of course, be timebubbled, so this shouldn't be a concern unless IC shenanigans ensue.))
