For a brief period of time in the evening, Hogwarts was locked down and all students were sent to their commons. The lockdown was lifted during curfew, only to be reinstated shortly afterwards, before curfew was over, stating that no student was to leave the castle and that Dementors would be placed around the grounds. A couple times during the night Dementors could be heard screeching in the night.

Later on that morning the Dementors were removed from the grounds and the lockdown lifted.

RPly, all Hogwarts students would have been there for this event unless RPing having been on vacation or something similar, even if you weren't logged in for it. For the reasons behind these events, find out in game.
