An important plot event is going to take place soon in Paris, revolving around a handful of PCs. It is expected that this may give rise to a larger event for even greater participation.
Player NPC characters may be useful for the first event. Let JB or Kaz know if you're interested.

It's sudden notice, but some of the Paris action is rolling into place tonight! Come on in with your Paris NPCs if you have them. There will be more developments to follow.

[ I thought I would point out that what you are calling NPC's would be PC's as the players are playing them.... so, I would call it a Temporary Story Line PC? Heh. ]

No, I call them NPCs. I draw the usage from live action theater gaming, where we have actors as NPCs who are there to flesh out a scene and further the plot for the players--the ones who are truly improvising. When players are playing NPCs, they will be given instructions ahead of time as to what is expected from them, and what the real PCs need to get from the scene.
