Here is a link to the latest version of the Harry Potter portrait pack:
Full pack (157 MB: Beginning of time-8/19/15)Recent changes only (8.6 MB: 1/29/15-8/19/15)The "Full pack" file has everything in it, all portraits. The "Recent Changes" pack has only files that have been added/changed since the last update.
Download the file and extract it to your "portraits" folder. If prompted, overwrite any older files. Restart NWN.
The portrait pack is manually maintained, and updated periodically. If you notice in game that a lot of portraits seem to be outdated or missing, re-download the latest file.
If there is no "portraits" folder within your NWN folder, you will need to create it.
Once installed, if you have a custom portrait for your character in the pack you wish to use, type "/e portrait custom" (without quotes) in game, and it will switch to your character's custom portrait. If this does not work for any reason,
do not rename portrait filenames. Instead, contact a DM for assistance.
