We really don't like werewolves, because they have been overplayed and abused so much in the past. If we do allow werewolf student PCs again, there will be a way to enforce certain rules on them, ideally. Or at least very clear guidelines about the RP price they'll pay for suffering from lycanthropy. The same would hold true for vampires, if we were ever to allow them.

Doubt it.

There used to be hundreds of werewolves. And they'd go around calling each other 'wolf-brother' in the middle of the entrance hall. Real subtle, guys, real subtle!

*Doesn't recall that.* :)

Three equals hundreds nowdays?
Besides who wants to be subtle when you can keep the people away just by being yourself.

(Or threathening to rip peoples head off and plant a pumpkin on his/her shoulders in order to rid them of stupidity works aswell.)

Now -that- I remember. :)

Fine three then. It still seemed a disproportionately large amount though. And a bit stupid imo. Made werewolfism (I'm not even gonna attempt to spell the proper term) seem as common as diabetes!

And to be fair, if you did that you would be ostracized before you could say 'Portsmouth FC are gonna win the premiership this season'.

Portsmouth FC so -are- going to win the Premiership. *Doesn't even know if Portsmouth are a Premiership side but really doubts it*

And the population inside the Shrieking Shack is what? And the rumors that say that Forbidden Forest is inhabited by werewolves.

Besides in the books the number of bitten people has increased spontaneusly aswell.

Besides what are you complaining about? One of the originals is gone and only two remain although with different characters.

Feel free to resume the complaining when Genevieve, Andrei and the yet unnamed twins grow old enough to enter the wizarding world. :P

Really active mice. You know, like in Cinderella. Everything looks bigger and scarier when you're a kid.

No wonder their hits are so pathetic. Been a while since I've last time sacked up that place. Must do it again at some point.

The number of bites only increased when Fenrir started getting more active with the return of Voldemort.

And I suppose there's nothing wrong with werewolves, but they would try to hide it. That's the type of thing they'd only tell their closest and most trusted friends. Sure maybe they'd show werewolf-ish characteristics sometimes and maybe some poor sod gets attacked during a full moon, it could be good RP.

If people knew there were werewolves about, they'd be vindicated to pieces. Parents would go crazy and force them to be exeplled or something. "A werewolf?! In the same class as my son?!?!" *faints*

And Fenrir is the only werewolf in the world is he? No. He also leads a rather large pack where Remus was a spy at one point. I think he also mentioned hundreds of them being in it.

Stereotype. Being subtle isnt a trait all werewolves have.

To be fair... Werewolves get treated like crap by "normal" folks. I certainly think that any right thinking werewolf would only tell his mates and yes, the board of governers would be under serious pressure if it was brought to their attention that there was a werewolf/ves in the school.
