Our house is getting a full re-wire beginning on the 15th. We will be moving the server computer before then, and after rewire begins there's a high probability of some server down time. I will attempt to give as much notice as possible. If the server appears down, it's likely due to a lack of electricity or moving the computer.
Down times should not be extensive, but I do expect that there will be at least one day where the server is down for most of the day. I will keep everyone informed as I know more detail.

This is why people have batteries and backup generators. *sage nod*

The UPS batteries are toast. They are in the to-be-purcahsed list once we make the donation goals. It's possible the new server would run a good portion of the day on new batteries, but ... we don't have them yet. As for a generator... not quite.
