I actually have a question that may relate to the curriculum. Do the (rather dumb) craftable gloves return?

Because I have to question the logic in magical fist-fighting gloves at a school of magic where disputes are generally settled with a wand. They were added for rather specific purposes (and rather specific characters), and while it was cool to have something a bit weird like that to work for, they were still rather dumb in the grand scheme of things.

I wouldn't mind seeing their return, but whether or not the gloves, specifically, make a return, it'd be nice to have some weird little things like them for people to discover and create.

There's a number of little fun things like that to discover, tucked away in various books and electives.

As for a status update...I'd like to be posting humorous lists of bugs we fixed, but frankly most of them would be boring. We've smashed most of the major stuff, and are just working on making sure that the year-up process actually works right now, which means lots of tiny, dumb bugs, like you craft one spell and it gives you another, or the incantation is wrong, or dried erumpant dung isn't powderable, and so on. It's just time consuming, rather than interesting.

I spoke too soon. Last night we experienced clouds and rain in the dungeons, and herbology homework insisted on violating fundamental laws of mathematics. I'm not sure if either bug was ever fixed, I had to go to bed.
