I am pleased to announce that this is just a post to say it's not done yet. This is just to get your hopes and dreams up only so they can then be crushed again.

However we're still managing to hack and slash major portions off of the to-do list every day, which is rapidly dwindling. Finally.

However the end is absolutely in sight.

Omg you guys, so I was really tired and I accidentally deleted the entire curriculum from our shared folder, and the last backup we have was from like 2 months ago right when we started. :(
Nah j/k, we're almost ready for testing.

That's what the Recycle Bin is for, Yendys. :)

They all simultaneously accidentally hit Restore Windows to 3 months ago when they went to reserve their Windows 10 OS's. It's a logical setup innovated by Windows to put the two one-click buttons next to each other.

The update may or may not be complete, pending testing/debugging. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. But here's a hint: It isn't isn't.

It's both completed and utterly in shambles until you actually log into the test server.

Highlights of today's testing, for your amusement:
1. It no longer rains on the moon.
2. NEWT students can now complete homework for every NEWT class they're enrolled in, and are no longer forced to do work only for the electives they took for years 3-5, regardless of which they continued on with post-OWLs.
3. 3rd years are no longer assigned homework from Moste Potente Potions.
4. Students are no longer required to face the dreaded "Roonspoor."
5. 6th years are no longer required to enlist the aid of Divination students to decipher their course supply lists, as the books with mystery blank titles have been removed.
6. (Added by Calan) You forgot the part about how much Sam just loves to write reports about the Unforgivables, and refused to do anything else. Like, ever.

This is harsh and potentially disastrous to anyone that doesn't... understand :P

Yeah, I forgot that one, though I wasn't going to say what it was...spoilers!

"6. Upper-year students no longer find themselves compulsively repeating their 4th year DADA homework over and over every time they sit down to write some notes."

If you leave in the exact specifics of what the bug was in, it's both spoilery and less amusing. :P

Actually, this is a legit message I sent to Yendys just a little while ago:

"I'm literally down to three bug fixes left on my list. I need more bugs to fix!"

But never fear, Yendys and BF are about to hop on the test server in a few and I'm sure that will change...

No, you'll get to break something when we get it on the live server, don't worry. ;)
