Mary sits -completely- in her own world, a dreamy look on her face. As Feargus slides the paper to her, she looks up, very confused, and takes a few moments to look at it.
She frowns, deciding it certainly isn't from Moody, but probably some immature students' shenanigans. Flipping the paper over, she refrains from passing it on much less signing it, intending on giving it to Professor Moody at the end of the class.

V, back from her long time gone, peeks into the room as the paper had been passed around. When she sees Mary take it and turn it over, she frowns and walks off, wondering what the piece of paper had been all about.

The sudden urge to vomit would over take Sebastian like a surprise attack. He jolted out of the seat and took a step forward, knocking his desk. He then would fall and land on top of the fallen desk. The air pushed from the area between Sebastian's chest and the table would take the letter from in front of Mary and push it out the open door past Professor Moody where a student going to a third year Muggle Studies class would take it and look it over.
Meanwhile, Sebastian would quickly stand his desk upright and nod to Professor Moody as he rushes straight towards the boy's bathroom. However he would only make it halfway down the hall to a trashcan.
The student who took the paper would sign it and then continue passing it around his class until it resurfaced later that day in the Entrance Hall near the hour glasses filled with house points.

// Oh hush, you can't roll forum dice so live with it. It's for fun, guys, this isn't serious business. Keep the whines elsewhere, please.

// In fairness, there's having a laugh, and then there's ridiculousness. The whole point was, iI think, to see how far it would get. It got to Mary. End of discussion, as far as I'm concerned >.>

Get a GM to rule on it, if you want the paper to actually, near-inexplicably fly out of Mary's hands. That's the easiest way to solve it.

// Actually this was a PC driven story. Mary never posted holding on to it. She simply turned it over which would imply she released her hand. Now please cease your forum elitism and just let us have our fun.

// It seems pointless to continue this threat until Mary gets back on, and gives a word. You can't force a decision on another player, so it's up to him to decide what his character did.

// Ok, now I'm trying incredibly hard to not revert back into being a trolling jerk here, but I'm afraid it might come out that way. As far as I can see, you serve little purpose other than to be a blight on this forum with your poor posting habits, Jinx. Multiple people have now taken the view that what was attempted was stupid. Deal with it, adopt a more mature postingstyle, and the come back. Kthnxbai. I'd also like to point out that I've never been on 4chan. Not once. Apologies for having to make my first nasty post. // Who the Hell am I? Someone who likes to see people take an RP post at least a little seriously, even if it is supposed to be "abit of fun". Like I said, there's fun, then there's ridiculousness. That's the last you'll hear out of me for the time being. (At least until we get a ruling, then, if it goes my way, I'll consider popping back for an 'I told you so')

// You don't even play here. Why troll the forums?
Edited to add: This is Drusilla's and I's roleplay thread that WE invited people in on. Being that this is OUR thread WE should have the RIGHT to play an invisible hand. Now, if you have nothing constructive to add, please get out my post.
Plus, is it fair for other players that are "late to the game" that Mary already ended it 24 hours in? No, it isn't.
Also, I really doubt that DM's want to sit and moderate a "light" forum RP. You guys don't need to turn everything into "uber srs tyme". It's a god damned game, stop taking it so seriously.
