// I meant to post here earlier about this, but I agree. Please post IC rumors only. Something that would actually be spreading ICly as a rumor. If it was an actual event that occured, post in the Role Play section. If it's just a rumor to be funny OOCly in response to the previous rumor, then it's OOC and probably shouldn't be posted.
