Wesley Cross has been found, pulled out of the rubble within Hogwarts. He has been safely taken to Mungo's along with few other survivors and is being treated for his injuries. He would be on a hospital bed on the first floor getting a good nights sleep after 2 days of being trapped under destruction while every so often he would get a visitor to check on him, including those he didn't leave behind.
