Drusilla's mother came to the hospital to pick up Drusilla, lavishly dressed and beautifully tanned as if she had spent the entire disaster on vacation. She didn't speak, but instead grunted at the appropriate authorities to indicate Drusilla as hers. Drusilla dragged Lucille along with her and the three vanished into the sunset! Lucille's parents, of course, would notify said appropriate authorities that Lucille Montrose is allowed to leave with Mrs. Mancini.

Lucille had a tear-filled goodbye (which most of the recipients probably didn't even notice past the heavy clouds of Mancini dual-smoking-machines) with Cray, Samantha, and Ravenclaw boyfriend No. 2.

As soon as it was permitted after the attack, Samantha Hathaway returned home to be with her mother, Camille Hathaway. At the family farmhouse in Hope Hollow, about midway between London and Hogwarts, she and her family await news of her father, John Hathaway, missing since the attack.

A noted and respected member of the Wizengamot and the wizarding community, The Honorable John Hathaway sits on many civil boards, and spends many hours in his chambers mentoring clerks and up-and-coming young legal minds. The absence of any communication from him since the attack does not bode well, and the family's hope dwindles.

The Hathaways have a large extended wizarding family and are well loved in their community, and food and visitors have arrived at the family farmhouse daily since the attack. Although she realizes word may finally arrive by Wizengamot member or Ministry worker, Samantha makes regular visits to St. Mungo's, both to check on her friends and to see if the list of victims has been updated.

Students who are staying at or visiting St. Mungo's around the lobby and tent shelter areas might be able to find tiny gold coins stashed away under chairs and in corners... yet they don't last more than a day before vanishing away, having been leprechaun gold.

Word has it a few professors have been overheard discussing a new Ministry proposal for accelerated advancement for Hogwarts seventh years. There seems to be some disagreement among the professors as to the wisdom of such a program.

Some prankster decided to set off dungbombs around the ministry, hitting two fountains in the lobby floor, an elevator bound for the Department of International Magical Cooperation, and the boys' bathroom in the basement! Some students worry that the Ministry might kick them out because of it, but others reassure them that it'll be okay, Dumbledore will convince them to let everybody stay.

Rumor has it the culprit was a Gryffindor. Nobody else is that stupid.
