Post subject: | The Seasons: A Study Group |
*A Document Posted on the Library Wall* Attention First and Second Years, those interested in help with your classes for a limited time while finishing your school year in an organized fashion, please contact Gwyrdd Derwen of Slytherin House about "The Seasons." What is "The Seasons" you ask? It is a study group open to all houses. Why the name? Well, we needed a name that corrisponds to each of the houses in some way and for those unable to see the connection between seasons of the year and the four houses, let me illistrate: SLYTHERINE (SPRING) , HUFFLEPUFF (SUMMER) , GRIFFINDOR (FALL) , RAVENCLAW (WINTER) . Those wishing to join as "Pupils" need to know what they need done or know what they have done prior and written in a paper or document, such documents can be found in Diagon Alley. Those interested in joining as "Tutors" need to be of atleast third year and it requires a log book which can be obtained at Hogsmeade. The Log book is to record accomplished work and necessary work to be done. What are the benefits of being a seasons pupil rather then going out and accomplishing your work by yourself? The answer is simple: + Acquire Components for Years ahead + Gain Helpful Tips for Years ahead + Gain Social Skills + Fellowship between all houses + Less likely to find yourself in a tight spot What are the benefits of being a seasons tutor rather then going out and accomplishing your work by yourself? Again the answer is simple: + Several of the components you help the pupils get you can acquire along the way. + Become further acquainted with the school grounds. + Continue Your Growth in Social Skills + Continued Fellowship between all houses + Remember you are teaching those who may later return the favor But Alas "THE SEASONS" is not for everyone, so if you find it impossible to give hospitable converse or even smile for a day with any of the other school houses then don't bother thinking about joining "The Seasons" I will post news with later "Tutors" when they become available. And one last note to the future tutors: Being a tutor does not in any way make you superior to your other schoolmates, and they should not be treated as such. --Signed Gwyrdd Derwen --------------(( On A Page Attached to the Parchment ))--------------- Current Tutors: *In Bold Green Ink* Gwyrdd Derwen - Founder of the Seasons *Written in Cursive* Connor Pierce ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

*carefully written in a neat hand is a note below the post* Dear sirs, I would like to, humbly, offer my time and resources as a tutor when my time permits. I am, however, caring for an ailing spouse, and will probably not be able to offer much of my time. I will, however, try to take time to be of some small aid, when I am able. Please consider my offer, in good favor, and my wishes for this endeavor to succeed. I can not help but think that this group has been needed for quite a few years, now. Yours in fellowship, Terrance Elders |

Priggo very briefly attaches a pink, scented little slip of parchment to the bottom of the ad. Priggo has written on it with his characterstic, over the top cursive. "Terry, tutoring? Connor, tutoring? Is this a group for students with mental disabilities?" It is unsigned, though anyone who spends much time with him in class would recognize it as his. |

*After reading the paper and a brief moment considerating the idea, he gets his wand and evanesco the "flamme" written by some angered and imature student. After that, he reaches for his inkwell and feather and writes:* "Chase Armitage, Tutor." |

//Just a note, Simply signing the second parchment on this forum doesn't make you a Tutor or peer, there is an actual document in game that must be signed. I will update the tutors as they are produced. |
