is it possible to have it around the afternoon time for AZ (Say, 2-5 or so) So it is still evening at GMT times? I know that I personally wouldn't be able to make it if it is at those times.

Any of Ree's suggested times work for me. Anything earlier results in my not being able to go at all as I have a class IRL that day.

If its at those times, i will not be able to make it.. considering i have classes in the monring and i have to be up and about at 6am the following morning. So.. thats kind of impossible for me. And im guessing it will be the same for all the people around the GMT timezone.

I'm sorry that it has to take place at a time when some of you cannot make it. I helped create and plan the event, and I have a limited window of availability to help run it. As a matter of fact, the first of those three times might be earlier than I can be on the mod and ready to start the event. (In which case it will start without me. We have four or five other GMs committed to help run it during those hours.)
We're hoping to find a sort of sweet spot where we have the most GMs and the most players available. We'd love to accommodate as many players as possible and have them on for the event. But we obviously must have the GMs to run it, too.

The only time I'd be available on Ree's list is 7pm..and only four an hour and 30 mins. I'm two hours ahead of AZ time so 7 in AZ is 9 where I am.

Don't forget that daylight savings ends tonight and most of us (but not AZ) fall back an hour. So AZ time will once again line up with its geographical Mountain Time and not Pacific.
