It is announced in the morning, October 31st, that the students are to be present in the Entrance Hall later that evening, right before Curfew. This is optional, and the students are told that at the first announcement. (This is will be at around 10 EST, possibly sooner or later, depending. 3 GMT. There will be several IG shouts.) |
