It has just turned lights out. In the Gryffindor boys dorm a small whisper can be heard "Lumos" Joshua sits up and mutters an incantation that instantly makes him invisible, he reads a few scrolls he made earlier and doors can be heard clicking.
Nothing can be seen apart from the slight glow from his wand lighting only whats a few feet infront of him, he makes his way through the common room, and stands in the ashes of the fire place, a bright green light flashes as he throws some floo powder into the fire "The Great Hall."
Cautiously and quietly he looks about and makes his way out of the great hall he goes down the stairs directly oposit the hall and makes his way through the castle dungeouns, he enters the potions lab and gets a book out of his pack and begins his work.
Throwing random things into his potion mix, he seems to be making light work of his work for this year, suddenly the potion begins to bubble violently, and a chemical green light is given off as it explodes, Joshua is thrown across the room and flies into the wall.
He gets up quickly and staggers to the door and sticks his head out to see if anyone might have noticed the noise, he waited and no one came so he returned to his work station, gathered his things and quickly returned to the entrance hall.
He made his way up the stairs, and creeped into the library after swatting a few pixie's as quietly as possible Joshua broke the barrier of the restricted section re-concealed himself entered, he skimmed his eyes over the countless volumes and selected a few large tomes.
Joshua made his way down the hall and entered the Charms class room, it was silent and dead and nothing could be heard but a few moans and groans about the castle, he opened the tomes and began scribing countless scrolls and doing a number of research papers.
The sun rose and dawns light shone through the castles windows it was as if the castle was waking up itself, Joshua put down his quill his arm physically aching, he was finished for now at least, the day began and he made his way to the forest running on no sleep to gather more ingredients.

Still tired and running on next to no sleep, Joshua had spent a number of months gathering his ingredients for Fourth year, he was lost, confused and scared that this year would never end, however with every completed charm and potion he felt a new found confidence that he was one step closer to graduating.
Feeling alone and isolated as if he was the only one struggling and not progressing his power peeked and then seemed as if it would progress no further at this stage, he had grown more powerful had learned more control and yet he still felt supressed and enclosed, he felt like he couldn't do anything on his own.
It turned out that he wouldn't have to do things on his own for much longer, in his second year he found comfort and contemptment in a little first year Witch Evie one strong half of a twin sister party, though he had found many friends at Hogwarts there was something extra ordinary about Evie.
They delighted in even the smallest of things together whether it was leanding a hand or just spending time in each others company Joshua and Evie grew not just in strength but the friendship bond between them also grew it became a custom to spend days at a time, working and having input into the others life.
Whether it was traveling to Pinboria to gather ingredients for Joshua or spending hours in the Barrens gathering ingredients for Evie, neither of them minded there school work came after there personal scheduals however neither of them suffered because of it, even with all the time they spent together they found time to meet almost every deadline.
It is now Fourth year, and although he may feel alone Joshua, only has to look beside him to see Evie standing there ready to jump infront of him and take anything that was thrown his way, and she knows he would do exactally the same, he saw hope and potential in her and believes she will acomplish great things, his only fear is losing her...
Joshua had spent a long day twisting and turning on these thoughts contemplating alot, he went to the great hall and used some floo powder and went and got into his bed, he didn't sleep but layed there awake thinking of his future, what is to come, whats expected of him and what its going to cost to get there.

It was here! He had done it, Joshua had finally graduated from Fourth year, the endless year was over and Joshua welcomed fifth year with an excited suspense of not knowing what to expect, he recieved his class curriculum and pulled a face... Essays countless essays! he looked and there was a large number of research papers.
Joshua would gladly go back and do Fourth year again, rather than do this many essays but you have to do what you have to do, he knew he wouldn't of got this far without Evie, so he went to find her to see if she needed help with anything after everything she had helped him with it was the least he could do.
They met up and spent hours upon hours running back and forth doing various things...he knew Fourth year, it was fresh on his mind and was surprisingly just as hard the second time round as the first. Inbetween gathering ingredients Joshua would stop by and pick up a few things on the way and would constantly be seen scribbling and taking small notes.
Evie checked her watch and pointed out it was curfew, she said words which dwelled in his thoughts "It is a shame we can't spend those few hours in the same house common room" Joshua grabbed Evie an idea coming to his head, they made there way to the library, quietly and cautiously they made there way into the restricted section...
Joshua dispelled any magical barriers while Evie took care of the imp, Joshua quickly made two copies of a particular page in the large tome on the far wall, and they both read the notes aloud, within moments they were teleported to China, where they spent all night atop a hill huddled under a large stone talking about whatever came into there heads.
They attempted to pick up some ingredients for Evie's Fourth year work but the Demiguise had other plans, and in a moment of weakness the pair found themselves at the mercy of a large bare like creature. Just escaping Joshua carried Evie who was marginly wounded to a safe pace where they remained for most of the night.
Returning the next morning there robes were a state because of all the mud and rain, they had trailed through water which almost covered Evie completely she already said she didn't know how on earth she would explain the condition of her robes to Professor Sprout, they made there way to there seperate common rooms to get ready for the day ahead.
