This is Kadaja's pumpkin. It is on the left wall by the doors to the Dueling Chamber.

Tom's crazy pumpkin bears a grizzly grim. The entire thing is glowing from within with an emerald flame, somewhat reminiscent of a Floo fire. It has seated itself on the left side of the rules sign in the entrance hall.

Malicious pumpkin men can be seen around the castle with destroyed pumpkin corpses around them. Some corpses being recognized as previous carvings. It appears to move when no one is looking and if destroyed, it appears again the following night.
