Halloweekend Challenge Team Sign-ups
Team Member #1 Team Member #2 Team Member #3 Team Name(optional)

((OOC Info:
Reply as a RP post here with your character adding their team information to the sheet to sign up for the event.
RP for this challenge will take place on the 28th, 29th and 30th of October 2011. While for the most part it may take place at any time that's convenient to the team members, if you're going to be out of town all weekend this probably isn't the event for you.
I will send out the task information on Thursday night(27th) via forums PM before I go to bed, and answers to the non-DMed challenges should be submitted by one team member only to me via PM on the 30th at the latest. This should be RPed as owls delivering the information, and the students submitting the finished work to Flitwick.
A few of the tasks will require DM interaction. I intend to be on at EST times Friday and Saturday evening and early Sunday afternoon. It should be clear from the instructions which challenges will require a DM, and which ones may be completed independently.
There will be several spawned objects placed around the school and grounds during the challenge. While it may be possible to damage them OOCly, RP that ICly they are magically protected against such actions, being removed, altered, etc. If one is damaged by accident, or found to be missing, please let me know ASAP so that I can replace it.
If a server reset occurs, I will try to set everything up again ASAP, but I have work over the weekend so it may take several hours for me to get online.))

OOC: Feel free to sign up that way, I'm going to see if I can get 5 3 1 more people by tonight(thurs), otherwise it'll be off. The intent of having people sign up as pre-made teams was so that they'd all be on at similar times to RP together. It might be hard to group you, but I'll see what I can do.

*The sign-up sheet has been taken down, and a team list put up in its place*

Team 1: Necrolissica Crest and Angelique Danesque
Team 2: Saya Hayashi and Shilo Carter
Team 3: Tomar Webber and Mairead Roarke
Team 4: Seril Kane and Sierra Tillery
Team 5: Lucille Montrose and Sapphire Bain

NOTICE: The challenge will be run in teams of 2, rather than teams of 3 as previously announced.

Your owls containing your instructions for the weekend should be arriving shortly.

//EDIT: (because I was too tired when I posted this last night)
*another small note is put up next to the list*

In addition, due to the small team size prizes have been adjusted. First place will receive 15 house points each, second place 10, and third place 5 points.

If there are any questions, please direct them to Professor Flitwick.

((There was a server reset following the crash tonight. As it's the last night of the challenge, I'm not going to be putting all the placeables back out...you guys had all weekend. If any team logs in tonight and wants to run the obstacle course, I'll put that back up. Otherwise, just send in what you'd done of the other tasks.))

//OOC Oh, well that's us out. Hadn't managed to get on together yet (except for one time when Sapphire distracted us and told us we had all weekend to do it. Never trust the competition! XD).

((Nobody has sent me poetry or scores for the scavenger hunt or puzzle trail. You all might want to get on that, otherwise you're getting zeros when I announce the winners in like...8 hours.))
