For those of you that are coming, basic info about what the house looks like, what would happen when people arrive, etc. The party is, IC, starting in the evening.
The manor is very large, and looks very old, at -least- 100 years old; however, it's in very good condition. When walking into the house, it becomes apparent with just -how- big it is, easily able to house a small army, one could assume. The Slytheriny Pure-blood taste of the family is also shown in the decor: dark, gothic, and extremely elegant.
As guests arrive, a small house elf, dressed in fine clothes (obviously not a 'servant' sort of elf, but appears to be more of the actual family) will lead the students to the basement where the party is being held. The elf is quite quiet, hardly speaking a word but very friendly, nonetheless, as he returns any greeting with a small nod and smile. Once led downstairs, the elf departs back upstairs.
The basement of the house is (icky in NWN, but better than nothing) just as elegant as the upstairs. A high-end bar is stationed at one side of the room, the rest of the room rather open into a dark, gothic-looking lounge (NOT yellow crap couches lol). The pics are -not- exact, but close enough. The sims (yay for Sims) ones are much less elegant than what would be IC:
The bar is -stocked- with all sorts of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It can be easily assumed that this area is used often for large get-togethers and parties. There's also cupboards and a fridge filled up with snacks and foods, mostly German-kinda stuff.
