I know he kept attacking slytherins but his RP reason for that was that a group of death eaters/dark wizards had killed his brother infront of him when he was a kid and he heard that everyone in slytherin is likely to be into the dark arts so he thought he could find out who it was and seek revenge by attacking the slytherins.

The reason the supposedly murdered player was banned had nothing to do with this incident, nor was it at his own request. He was banned for harassing other players OOC and using racial slurs. I was the GM at the time who requested the ban.

Well, it was further negated by the fact Chris kept claiming to have used the 'killing curse', when he didn't actually know it.
Whenever I confronted him about that, he said the DMs told him that he could RP it, as long as the person being killed was in agreement.
When I pointed out that I knew this to be false, and he couldn't think of the DM who had said it... well, it was obviously a poor attempt to cover it up.

He wouldn't, however, stop claiming to have done so.

So, he didn't actually -kill-... whoever.

But he did kill himself, I guess.

Yeah, the guy who was banned was an idiot. Chris was a goofball for trying to commandeer the situation, and even more so for pretending to know Avada and then lying about it. That's why I said the whole thing was silly.
