After the hearing, a number of notices are posted around the school, including on all the bulletin boards in all four Common rooms.

You can owl money? Every time I've tried, the owl never put the money in its inventory. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Oh well, now I know its a good thing that I've never succeeded in owling money.
