I would actually think Concentration would be more suited to that, JB, but that's just me. :P

I'd say it's a bit of both, really. While one would need concentration to.. concentrate during classes, Lore is to remember what they concentrated on?

Or just know really interesting facts?

Oh, and Delia had quite a few points planted into crafting skills for her love of designing and creating outfits. ;)

True. I think Lore could be taken as similar to understanding what you remember, or examine.((Take in and understand, rather than just memorization.)) While Concentration could be considered pure memory, and mental focus. But I ramble, and I'm sure someone else can come up with a better analogy.

Edit: Alesu has a point as well. Lore /does/ signify knowing, well, Lore. Histories, myths, etcetera.

Hmm...am I the only one who takes a build concept and builds the character around that?

And also, just to see everyone else's opinion...what skill/attribute would be associated in tattooing?

I'd say Craft Armor, just because it was mentioned earlier that crafting deals with designing and creativity.

I've done that before, Bren.

Also, hrm...maybe Heal, considering it's dealing with putting a foreign substance in the body, without damaging the body to a great extent...Hard to say though.

Craft armor deals with armor ;) Not skin.

Tattooing I'd say a bit of a mix between Concentration and Heal. Maybe more, but those are what I can think of at the moment.

Depends if he's making magical tattoos. Like in Planescape: Torment or in one of the other DnD reference books. *can't remember which one*

Well, I just used heal, along with getting dye, ink, and a quill that wouldn't be as likely to burst into flames when heated >.>

*Admits to having volunteered the heal for somehow achieving 29 ranks in it*

I know.
But tattoos are sort of like armor, in the aspect that they fit on your skin like armor does.
No?
Well then screw you.

They aren't like armor. Armor provides a bit of protection, and is removable. Tattoo's aren't ;)

I kinda see Seril's point, really. Though I'd still go with Concentration and Heal.
