Oh, Bren was talking about me.
I read that webpage (one of them, anyway) and it was about characters going too fast, that's not really a problem...Everything on NwN runs perfectly when I'm online, but I can't do anything outside of NwN without freezing my entire computer. >> My CPU useage shoots to 100% no matter what I install to keep it down when NwN is running ;/. Anyways, here's my specs:

Windows Vista Ultimate
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+2.00 GHz
Memory(RAM): 1470 MB.
System type: 32-bit Operating System

Well there's part of your problem. Running Vista with only 1.5GB

I typed all that out. :P I'm pretty sure I'm virus free, but I'm getting sick of windows anyway..>>; Is NwN playable with Linux?

Yup. The only problem is that you may be unable to use the toolset, and updates takes a bit longer to be released. Though the toolset thing may just be for Mac? Someone help me!

*uses the toolset in Linux*

And yes it's playable in Linux, but you do need to be a bit more of a h4xx0r. There is a linux version of the NWN client.

If you are having memory issues, try doing a lesser install of Vista. Ultimate is all the bells and whistles. Downgrade to just professional or somesuch. You really don't need most of those extra toys unless you are really trying to learn the OS.
