ANYWAY.....

Getting back on topic and onto something more constructive.....
There were some really good points made about not needing a DM for everything. :)
And hey, if you do need a DM, you can always send us an email or a tell or an IM or something and ask - even if it's for something that you don't want to do at a 'normal time'. For that matter, there's quite often been some of us newer DM-people online during the days - which I'm pretty sure is evenings European time.
Admittedly, due to work and not feeling really well, I haven't done anything during that time lately. But honestly.... if you want a dm for a particular time, you can see who is able to be on at those times. For example... I'm working shifts right now, so as long as I'm not working, I could be on pretty much any time - especially if someone let me know about it ahead of time.

And for everyone who thinks I don't know what I'm talking about, or I don't understand, etc.....
I spent about a year and a half waking up every Wednesday morning at 4 am for meetings for an rp server that I was on, because the particular group that character was involved in had meetings at that time because of time zones. So there. :P

Edit - Yes, I'm rambling. Lack of decent sleep strikes once again and I have to be at work at 6:30 in the morning....

If you are going to set up something like a formal ball, that's usually fine. Something formal like that should simply be run by the GM team, but only to make sure there aren't scheduling conflicts with DM-events. For something like that, we'd probably even open up the Great Hall Ball Room if you want. Otherwise, yeah... all that stuff Nina said.
