Father is half-blood, as his grandfather on his father's side was a muggle. Mother is a pure-blood, with some distant muggle relations if the rumours about her grandmother are to be taken seriously.

Appearance -
At your first look, one would see clearly this bloke is active. He is naturally well built and has that "beater" look as some people put it. (For muggles, they would swear he is a rugby player.) His hair is chestnut and somewhat curly. He walks the corridors of Hogwarts with a confident stride. If seen today he looks almost like a broken man.
Relationship
After many ups and downs with her and even a tough breakup he has gone back to the love of his life. Maybe it was the time apart that did it, who knows?. What do matters it that they are back together, they two meant to be, Eric and Sierra.
Opinions, behavior and personality -
Eric is a proud and highly opinonated young man. (In the minds of some, a little too opinionated.) Eric is very steadfast in his views, regardless of how unpopular they might be. He also often voices his views audibly, to the annoyance of some and the outrage of others. Since his views and values mostly corresponds to those of the British Ministry of Magic, he is very loyal to that institution.
Hobbies and Habits -
He has been exercising every morning after curfew, he runs 25 laps around the quidditch pitch followed by a series muscle focused exercise, since the beginning of his fifth year at Hogwarts. This habit started to really show in his seventh year. This is a habit he continues to keep up despite the present circumstances.
Family and background -
His family is from London, South Kensington too be specific. They are well off but not extremely rich. Rich enough to never worry but not Malfoy rich to bribe Eric out of any trouble he get himself into.
His father Sebastian worked at the Ministry but retired early too spend some time with his wife and family, he also pursues he interest in golf and sailing. His mother Gwenog (Maiden name Boddington) is a stay at home mom who grudgingly follows her husband on his trips not being a fan of the muggle habits of golf or sailing.
He has two older brothers both graduated from Hogwarts, Henry and Oscar. Henry was an Auror, but he is dead now. Oscar is an "Unmentionable" at the Department of Mysteries. He also has a fun-loving but sometimes annoying little brother, Elliot.
Towards his family Eric is immensly loyal and would do anything it asked of him. He is also proud of the long history of dutiful service it has given Britain both in the wizarding world and throughout the history of the British Empire.
