Alright, decided to get rid of Chance's oppinion list, just to many new people coming in! So, I don't want to leave the 30 other people out there hanging, so I just got rid of it. I also think it was getting to a point where people enjoyed using it as Metagame.......

As of (whatever date it was)
Chance Ferrin Convicted of:
1) Attacking an Auror: Pleads- Not Guilty
Sentence: None until trial is held
2) Disobeying Orders given by a Auror: Pleads-Guilty
Sentence: 500 galleon bail, Wand Probation (until further notice), must attend any future hearing's
Trial for first count is to be held 3-4 weeks from this date
[ Actually, I believe Chance's bail was set to ensure his presence at the trial regarding the first count, to which he plead "not guilty." Pleading "guilty" to the second count (actually the first at the trial) obviated the need for a trial, and his punishment would have been separate—assuming it didn't include imprisonment. And as a matter of fact, if he had been imprisoned for the second charge, no amount of "bail" would allow him to circumvent his punishment. -JB ]
