It can be assumed though that you would overhear an NPC kid reading it to himself or a friend late night in the dorms. However you want to RP getting your hands on it. But essentially it wouldn't be something that kids are talking about in the GH, EH, or really openly about.))

As of recently, our way of life and safety has been targeted by a threat. The threat I speak of is the new Academy of Magic.
Consider the
facts. The night of the werewolf attacks the Academy students were assembled around the Shrieking Shack while their professor explained the intricacies of Werewolf development. Shortly there after a retreat of the Academy, the students in the Astronomy class were attacked by numerous ferocious werewolves. Immediately after their retreat, the Academy students were witnessed committing covert actions in our own halls.
In the process of their malicious acts, they drew blood. They maimed Melissa, severed Seril, and bled out a bantam. While we were left to nurse our wounds, the culprits ran off to the safety behind the Academy's walls.
The invasion of our halls, our minds, and our bodies cannot be taken so lightly. Therefore I call upon the students of Hogwarts to assemble under one flag. Set aside personal conflict, house colors, and differences. We must let the Academy know that we will not roll over and play dead. We must let them know that the students of Hogwarts are collectively stronger than they are.
Our cohesive strength will not be savage, seditious, or senseless. It will be irenic and intelligent.
