Keippei has grown, standing about 5'5 tall. He carries around a crystal ball, which he has fastened onto his belt with leather straps.
He wears alot of braclets and necklesses made of beads and talismans, he has a very Gypsy look about himself. His cloths are flashing bright. He has pretty long brown hair and cyan eye's. He also has a few small tattoo's hidden under his braclets.
--Background--
Keippei comes from a muggle family, though he is confinced they are wizards.. he is, infact, a gypsy, like his parents. His parents travel together with the Shining Goat Caravan, a multi-wagoned caravan that journys through the entire country and brings the paranormal to Muggles.
Keippei grew up, always believing in magic.. but a different kind then most wizards would see.. even though his parents aren't real wizards he did learn alot of divinating skills from being around them, and around all the other people within the caravan. Which are all family too Keippei.
When Keippei got his letter of Acceptence his parents were stunned, they had never thought there was a school for magic, but being proud parents, they quickly send him on his way towards Hogwarts, arming him with a deck of cards, a crystal ball and a cat called Tarot.
Keippei feels that there is a lack of divination inside Hogwarts and he somehow has to give it to the people since hardly anyone believes in its powers. Therefore Keippei tries to hand out as many pebble-charms as he can, for starters.
He claims these charms grant special powers to their owners as long as they believe in it.
Aside from that Keippei also will glady hold Tarot readings for free, since he has not yet fully mastered the art he thinks its good practice for him.
--Interests--
Keippei's main interest and also very much his only interest is divination..
He can't get enough of it, he loves to talk about 'the inner eye' and reading tea-leaves.

--Personality--
Keippei is a very laid back and kind fellow, he tends to try and make friends with everyone, which might not be the usual common activity you see slytherins do.
He mostly is spotted with a bright, wide smile on his face.
