Hahaha! I saw this the other day and the first things it made me think of were the Twilight fangirls on our server.  And I haven't read the books, but I'm sure Wesley Snipes would have made them 100x cooler!

I'm proud to say that I hated Twilight before it was the cool thing to do! xD No seriously, I never bought into the sparkly vegetarian vampires with teenaged angst even though they're intended to be decades old.

I'm not familiar with this Twilight thing, but Blade is my boy  . He'll give any angsty teen the what-for, especially if they're vampires too. Doubly especially if they're vegetarians. Twilight made me cry inside. Really, it's just very badly written Buffy the Vampire Slayer fanfiction with a passive, needy Buffy, different character names, sparkly vampires, and werewolves. Granted, you have to give Stephanie Mayer credit for writing said fanfiction in such a way that she captured the 11-16 year old girl demographic almost completely. I just don't get the attraction.

oh they arent -that- bad Jinx.....i mean I was slightly addicted when I first started reading them.....and i had to like steal them from mah ex just so i could read them ((and just so you know that was a guy)). I'll say it is a well written book series but its kinda based more for teens in the style thats shes writing in. Where as how JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter so that its enjoyable for all ages really. I mean yeah i say that Blade is soooooooooooo totally the definition of VAMPIRE ((along with completely HOTT and awesome Lestat...and I mean as played by Stewart Townsend not friggin Tom Cruise....and not the DM Lestat either....sorry man)) but its interesting to see the different takes on what vampirism is ^.^
damn my optimism is showing again!!! >.<
