Family Background- The Von Baron's are an extremely old pureblood family, the earliest records of them date to the early 1100's but all that is commonly known about the family as a whole is that they are heavily involved in the dark arts, however no details of their precise dealings with it have ever been made public. The family pride themselves on their ability to remain 'under the radar' so to speak, only a select few outside the family even knowing where their estate actually lies.
About Stefania Von Baron- Stefania is the first in three generations of her family to attend Hogwarts, the rest of her relations opting for either Durmstrang or Beauxbatons. Although Stefania at first had her reservations concerning her schooling at Hogwarts, she eventually came around to the idea after her father explained his reasonings. Stefani is the type to stand back and simply observe other people, she is fairly shy and is very careful about what she says to people. Although Stefania was born and raised in Romania, she speaks fluent English and her accent isn't all that noticeable. Often she is seen simply standing or sitting quietly with a potions book open in front of her.
Appearance- The thing that immediately strikes most about Stefania is her dazzling smile, although it is nothing compared to Lockhart's. Her eyes are wide and surrounded by long dark lashes, her teeth are pearly white while her cheek bones sit high on her face, making her look quite a bit older than she actually is. Her dark brown hair hangs halfway down her back, sitting just below her bra line, often she has it draped over one shoulder in loose ringlets, other times it is simply tied back in a high ponytail.
