It seems that whenever I run a full-screen program, the connection dies only to reconnect as soon as the offending program is shut down. This is obviously cause for concern. Is there anything I can do about this?

I did think that, but it isn't the firewall warning. Unblocked, tried again, same problem. Guess I'll just have to ring the damn ISP. Yay.
