I know I could have used the "I'm Going/I'm Back Thread" for this, but it's more than that. I woke up at 5am the only true family relative in the ER with my mom this morning. She passed today from a heart attack, or that's what I heard.
I don't know when I'll be back, but it could take up to a week for me to feel in the RP'ing mood again, and maybe longer until I actually feel like myself. Any current RP going on with anyone's characters and Matt, sorry but it has to be postponed. Crack one open for my mom...

I'm so sorry, Nick. I can only imagine how devastating this must be.Take as much time as you need to grieve and recover. We'll always be here if you need to talk, or whenever you're feeling up to RP.

Do not rush the recovery bro. Just take as much time as you need and know you have Friends here that will do anything to help. If you ever need to talk I will try to be there at any moment of the day. You, your family, and your mother are all in my prayers and my thoughts.

Even I don't know what you're going through or exactly how you feel and my mother passed away when I was five. All I can say is I'm sorry about your loss but at least you had this much time to know her and create memories with her. Sometimes all you can do is think that things could've been a lot worse and know that she's okay and free of the problems life brings us everyday.
